PWRcell BATTERY CABINET DESIGN
The PWRcell Battery Cabinet allows system owners the flexibility to scale from an economical 9kWh to a massive 18kWh by installing additional battery modules to the PWRcell Battery Cabinet. An existing PWRcell Battery Cabinet can be upgraded with additional modules. The installation process for the Generac HSBK PWRcell Harbor Plus is straightforward, with compatibility across a range of systems. Whether it's a new installation or retrofitting an existing setup, the system seamlessly integrates into various energy setups.
The HSBK PWRcell Battery Cabinet serves as a housing unit for lithium-ion battery modules and is compatible with the REbus DC nanogrid system. It is a modular cabinet that can accommodate 3 to 6 battery modules and is specifically designed for easy wall mounting. Users can conveniently add, replace, or upgrade the battery modules as needed. In cases where an odd number of batteries are used, a module spacer (HMSK) is necessary.
With the PWRcell cabinet, users have the flexibility to adjust their energy storage capacity from 8.6 kWh to 17.1 kWh within a single cabinet. By connecting four HSBK PWRcell battery cabinets to a single islanding inverter, users can achieve a total energy storage capacity of up to 68.4 kWh.
The PWRcell battery cabinet comes with a reassuring 10-year warranty and is compatible with either PWRcell 2.85kWh Battery Modules or Panasonic DCB-105 Battery Modules (sold separately).
